Sunday Morning Meditation

Join us in person as we gather for a 30 minute guided meditation before class each Sunday. Meditations will be led by TKC students. No need to register — walk-ins welcome!

Meditation 101

Taught periodically throughout the year. Meditation 101 is an introductory course on Buddhist meditation techniques for complete beginners. It teaches basic meditations that can be used by anyone to create more peace and happiness in daily life.
