Nicole Zito
Board Member
Nicole visited Thubten Kunga Ling in 2007 after attending a three day course on Buddhism in Pokhara, Nepal. The teachings of the Buddha were extremely inspiring and helpful, which made so much sense after years of curiosity about how to be more at peace, how things exist and how to live a meaningful life. She returned to TKL in 2016, with a strong interest to learn more about the Dharma and to serve as a volunteer for TKL. Since that visit, Nicole has served many different roles at TKL and feels honored to be able to repay the kindness that the center has provided for her over so many years.

BioJack Nadelman
Spiritual Program Coordinator
Around 2001 Jack read the Tibetan book of living and dying by Sogyal Rinpoche which sparked his interest in Buddhism. Then he read The Art of Happiness by HH Dalai Lama which cemented his interest in Buddhism. He started looking for other Buddhists in South Florida and continued reading. It took some time to find Thubten Kunga Ling since it had no internet presence so one of the first things he did was create a website for the center. Jack is continuing his practice and support of the center.
